District One Executive Board Mission Statement
"District One" E-Board serves as a resource for its member schools and the community by promoting awareness and discussion of Filipino culture in order to strengthen unity in the New England region.
What is D1?
Started in 1993, District One is a collegiate organization dedicated to promoting awareness of issues pertaining to Filipinos nationwide, preserving and promoting Filipino Culture, and providing the means for initiating action and dialogue within the community.
D1 comprises an alliance of Filipino cultural clubs between the following member schools: Berklee College of Music, Boston College, Boston University, Brown University, Clarke University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Northeastern University, Tufts University, University of Massachusetts Boston, and Wellesley College.
Our friends at Tufts will be having their first general meeting of the semester this Wednesday, February 6, at 10 P.M. !

Remember we have NU Barkada's general meeting on Thursday and BUFSA will be having their first general meeting of the semester on Friday. I hope to see you at atleast at one of them!
